โThe staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly. The room was a nice size and very clean. Close by so much stuff but very safe. If Iโm ever back in the area I will use them again. โ
โThe food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, but the portions especially the sides were way too much. Wasted food. Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc.
We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day
Jessica, restaurant server, was outstanding, very personable, professional and was very attentive to all our needs. Jessica is definitely the employee of the month. โ
โThis day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didnโt even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasnโt working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that theyโve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I wonโt be going through Expedia again thatโs for sure.โ
โWe loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like Iโve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good.
1 problem: Our TV didnโt work Friday night or Saturday morning. Weโre big sportโs fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good!

โComfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. โ
โBeautiful modern hotel in the heart of Massillon. Staff was super friendly, room was comfortable, quiet, clean & nicely appointed with all you need while away from home. Free breakfast had lots of options. 10/10!โ
