“Reservations were made well in advance and confirmed prior to arrival. However, on arrival we were told that one of our booked rooms was unavailable, had been damaged the previous evening, and there were no other rooms available. This after being on the road for 13 hrs! There had been no communication to advise of this while we were in transit....and based on the level of instant communication in this day and age, that is inexcusable. Comfort Inns will definitely NOT be our choice of...
