If you need a hotel in Victoria that doesnt cost an arm and a leg, this is a good option. We were greated with a friendly hello and upgraded from a room to a suite with a kitchen. The only complaint is that when we opened the curtains, there was substantial mold growing around the sliding door and windows. This was mentioned to the staff.

This property has clearly been recently renovated and the room was lovely and very comfy. All our staff interactions were friendly and helpful. There was always someone on the front desk able to assist. Had a swim in the outdoor pool and that was great. We were told the area is a tad sketchy but we found it to feel safe and quiet. Compared to other hotels in the area, the Vic is a solid value. Would stay here again.

I booked family 1 room consist of 2 queen beds. Overall good experience. Hotel looks new, it has entertainment area and can cater for long stay as it has complete of cooking set. Staff are friendly that create welcomed feelings. Unfortunately the room that we stayed the room door couldn't be closed and toilet door was not able to locked. The AC is very noisy and blowing direct to the bed. Also, the cabinet and sink are really high for kids that brushing teeth has to be done at shower (best if they can provide stool). I did not really like the outdoor pool as it is a bit dirty (with some bugs and stain on the stairs) and it has steep slope 3 to 6 feet for such small pool. They do provide floats but for adult size. Location wise not bad about 4km drive to main attraction. There is no breakfast included but there is a restaurant at the premise for breakfast and lunch.

The staff was great! We had a king suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We loved that it had a kitchen with a full size fridge. We will definitely be coming back.
