Customer service was very good, and the room was clean. The only issue with the room was that the air conditioning was not working properly. There was also some noise from doors closing, but it was not too disruptive. The main disappointment was the breakfast service. I paid for breakfast for my wife and me for three days while attending a pastors’ retreat, but the service was extremely slow. We eventually had to purchase breakfast elsewhere because of the long wait times. Unfortunately, I would give the breakfast service zero stars, and I would not recommend purchasing the breakfast option at this hotel.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite it was a great size and we had 2 full restrooms. It was perfect for us we had plenty of space and a dining area in the second room which had a pull out couch. We would book here again. I would suggest you bring a mattress pad for pull out for added support. You get the option to add breakfast to your booking its not a breakfast buffet like at other Holiday Inns, Its worth it. The cafe is clean and food was great the friendly staff takes your order and they prepare your meal and bring it to your table or you can take it to go.
