If you have a small budget it is a good place. But make sure to get with you soap. And if they can wash the laundry without strong smeel could be great, because the smell I couldn't sleep well. But if yoy don't mind then great. The room was clean, the bathroom was ok too. The train and bus are close that is good.

scam, at the address provided there is no apartment or room as described, this is like a deserted house, very dilapidated, dirty and extremely unsafe.

The host was responsive, which was appreciated. The room was adequate, though the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in your back. Notably, there is no WiFi available, which the host confirmed upon arrival; this should have been clearly stated in the listing, as it was a major inconvenience for me. There is only one bathroom shared among five apartments, with no floor mats provided, resulting in a consistently wet and slippery bathroom floor posing an extremely high risk for fall. The front entrance to the building was completely open and dirty, giving the impression of poor maintenance and raising security concerns. It felt like walking into an abandoned building. On a positive note, the neighborhood felt safe to walk at night. However, I would not recommend this property unless key safety and comfort issues are addressed, such as adding bathroom floor mats, repairing the front door to the building, and providing accurate information in the listing.

Experiencia terrible

Mientras estamos en nuestra habitación, una pareja que había dormido ahí el día anterior accedió a nuestra habitación mientras nos cambiábamos a las 11.00 p.m. En teoría era un error pues se suponía que dormían en otra habitación, pero el control del dueño del piso fue nefasto ya que debió asegurarse que en el chek out se entregaban ambas llaves. Cosa que no sucedió, nosotros solo teníamos una llave y por tanto, por eso la pareja pudo acceder a nuestra habitación. Además de estar sucio el piso (vajilla usada y sucia colocada en el lugar donde debería de estar limpio), la luz del pasillo no funcionaba y la cama estaba repleta de chinches. Nos despertamos al día siguiente con el cuerpo entero lleno de picaduras.
