Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Hotel hatte aufgrund von COVID-19 scheinbar neue Rezeptionszeiten. Diese wurden uns im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert und hatte zur Folge, dass wir bei der Anreise vor einem verlassenen Hotel standen. Lediglich ein Zettel mit Notrufnummern klebte an der Tür. Nach einem klärenden Telefonat mit einem anderen Hotel bekamen wir dann unsere Zimmerschlüssel über ein Schließsystem. Auch an den folgenden Tagen war die Rezeption nie besetzt. Was den Service angeht, sollte man nicht viel erwarten. Das Frühstück war höchstens mittelmäßig. Das Rührei war ungenießbar, dazu sehr kleine Brötchen (nur helle) und Croissants, jeweils zwei Sorten Wurst und Käse sowie etwas Konfitüre. Außerdem gab es Säfte (sehr künstlich) und Kaffee sowie etwas Müsli. Oftmals mussten die Gäste die Mitarbeiter erst darauf hinweisen, dass beispielsweise keine Gläser mehr zur Verfügung standen oder die Wurst- und Käseplatten alle waren. Von allein wurde das Buffet nur selten aufgefüllt. Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts (2 Nächte) nicht gereinigt. Außerdem besitzen die Zimmer keinerlei Klimaanlage; lediglich ein alter Ventilator steht im Zimmer. Dies führte dazu, dass wir nachts sehr schlecht geschlafen haben, da die Wände kaum isoliert waren und es dadurch im August unerträglich warm war. Generell war unser Zimmer sehr abgewohnt (z. B. alte Dusche, abgenutzte Möbel, Gebrauchsspuren an Wänden und Türen) und entsprach keinesfalls den Bildern des Hotels hier bei Expedia.

We arrived at 10 PM, and no one was there to welcome us. It took us 15 mins to find our room... The AC in the rooms doesn’t work. Breadcrumbs on the floor. Pretty bad experience. The room was fine, but the experience was bad.

Хороший отель

Номер был чистый с приятным дизайном, полотенца белые, как новые, есть холодильник, фен, гель для душа/шампунь, стаканы, интернет работал хорошо, окна номера выходили во внутренний двор, поэтому шум с улицы не беспокоил. Расположен в 4 минутах от центрального вокзала с поездами до аэропорта, на вокзале есть кафешки и большой магазин Билла, который работал в праздники, когда остальные магазины были закрыты. В целом никаких претензий к отелю нет, можно лишь отметить, что местами мебель и стены немного затертые.

Great accommodation for a little price

for the price this is a great accommodation , just 15 min by walk from the rail station Vienna Mitte. The bed is ok but can be improved easily The room was great with a small living room but there is definitely a miss of light for the night time. The bathroom is ok with bathtub The breakfast was perfect and enough as needed , you can even make your own waffle I recommend it for the price

Ok che è un hotel 3 stelle, ma non avere nemmeno una luce in camera mi sembra assurdo. Solo lampade da comodino di cui una con la luce rossa. La Posizione è comoda, dato che sta a pochi passi dalla metro e dal treno per l’aereo porto ma sta tra due case per la prostituzione. Il personale è gentile e cordiale. La colazione buona.

잘 머물렀습니다!!

호텔 방이 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았어요!! 화장실도 크고~ 샤워부스도 공간이 넉넉했습니다. 다만 밤에 조금 쌀쌀했는데 난방을 어떻게 하는지 모르겠거라구요.. 근데 이불이 따듯해서 잠은 잘 잤습니다!! 직원분들도 친절해요!! 엘레베이터는 역시 없네요...

Helt ok

PLUS: 20 minuters gångväg till city, sköna sängar (om man gillar lite hårdare sängar , som jag), ok storlek på rummet, frukosten och servicen. MINUS: hett badrumsgolv som det inte gick att sänka värmen på (så hett att man inte kunde ha fötterna på golvet på vissa ställen), fukt/mögellukt på toaletten (kanske därför man satt på så hög värme i badrummet?)

今までで最悪のホテル

全くおすすめしません。 物音がうるさくて寝付けないor途中で起こされる。部屋のドアは風圧？で終始ガタガタいって不安だった。 連泊するとクリーニングでティッシュの補充なし。 また、同じタオル、リネンがご丁寧にたたまれているだけ。 実物は写真で想像したものとは全く異なりました。

Hotel que je ne conseille pas

Nous avons passé avec mes amies 2 nuits : Positif : petit dej et proximité Metro ( environ 10 min à pieds même si google affiche 5 ) et surtout gentillesse de la personne qui s'occupe du petit dej , aussi thé café , jus toute la journée au niveau du hall gratui Négatif : Chambre : vraiment on entendait tout de la chambre voisine , le sèche cheveux à minuit une personne qui vomissait toute la nuit , des toc toc : Si vous voulez passez une bonne nuit avec une bonne literie : cet hôtel n'offre aucun confort pour ça ! très déçu Donc je ne conseille pas cet hôtel du tout ! je conseil à la direction d'investir pour avoir plus de confort pour les chambres car 2 nuits nous avons vraiment très mal dormi à cause du bruit et literie c"était désagréable

Bel hôtel, très bien situé (proche du Prater et à moins de 10 min en métro du centre-ville). Le petit-déjeuner était super. Large choix de thé, café, salé, sucré, fruits frais, et même la possibilité de se faire des gaufres. Le taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain est correcte. Le personnel est agréable. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
