도시에 있는 호텔이라 그런지 호텔내 주차시설이 없어서 주변에 세우게 되었는데 비엔나의 주차시스템을 잘 몰라서 힘들었습니다. 객실은 청결했습니다. 여기에서는 오스트리아 여행중에 가장 조식이 가장 괜찮았습니다.

다 좋았지만 위치가 관광지와는 동떨어져있었어요. 가장 가까운 교통수단인 지하철 역에서도 캐리어를 끌고 6-7분 정도 걸어야했습니다. 관광목적이신 분들에게는 비추입니다. 조식 레스토랑(?)도 호텔이용객 대비 너무 붐벼서 쾌적하진 않았어요. 청결상태와 룸컨디션은 좋았습니다! 날씨가 갑자기 추워져 걱정했는데 방이 따뜻했어요.

한 여성 직원의 무표정함 그러나 시설은 청결함, 위치가 아주 좋음. 불친절한것은 아니지만 친절함이 있으면 좋을것으로 사료됨. 그리고 침실에 실내화가 갖추어지면 더욱 좋을것으로 사료됨..

We have made the Wilhelmshof our "go to" spot in Vienna. It is on a quiet street near the Prater which makes transportation into the center very easy. The staff is great and always helpful. The rooms are pleasant to stay in. The outside garden is a bonus in nice weather.

A very nicely appointed hotel (used to be a residential building). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and linens. Artwork! A working fridge! Everyone in the hotel is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast has met and exceeded all our expectations! A must visit cozy place in a convenient location.

Nice stay.
Stayed there for 2 nights. Nice quiet room with good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location for direct train from the airport and close to centrum. Only minus was the glass door to the bathroom. There’s no privacy with something like that if you’re staying more then one person

We loved this hotel! We will be back when visiting Vienna again. First of all the staff was so accommodating - we were able to store our luggage here while traveling to Poland. We returned late in the evening and the staff was so helpful. Ted even came up to assist us with operating the TV. The rooms are clean, and the bed so comfortable the best sleep we had while in Austria/Poland. The hotel is easy from the subway, and easy to get around to all the tourist spots. Breakfast was bountiful each morning. We had drinks at the bar one evening and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere from our whirlwind day. I really can't say enough about this hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das komplette Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, auch die Lage zur Haltestelle Praterstern (ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß) ist optimal für einen Wienaufenthalt.

The hotel room was super clean and large. The breakfast was amazing and they had a great hot wine in the evening. It’s near from the public transportation. The staff was great and helpful.

Property itself was lovely and well maintained. Room was incredibly hot and we had to open windows and turn off heating completely despite it being zero degrees outside. Had an issue with bedding which never got resolved so had terrible 2 nights sleep. Super king size bed with only 2 single duvets. Requested a large duvet to fit bed properly, told not available, so housekeeping just put a large single sheet across bed with a blanket, and neither fitted bed properly so feet stick out the end and got wrapped around. Complained again and requested a king size duvet, and we were told not available from laundry so they made bed up with 2 overlapping sheets this time, which still was not appropriate and awful sleep. Complained to manager on checking out who did not seem to understand problem and unsympathetic for poor sleep due to inadequate bedding and no compensation offered. Disappointing outcome to an otherwise very good hotel in excellent location to transport routes.

The hotel is cozy,quiet,beautiful,the staff is more than helpful and very friendly.Is a very very clean hotel with place to leave your lugage and enjoy a tea cup if u arrive early or u have a late departure.Easy to work your way around the city using Metro station found at 250 meters walk from the hotel.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We recommend Der Whilhemshof wholeheartedly! It was our 1st time visiting Vienna and this hotel exceeded exemplary standards. The staff was always smiling and welcoming, providing toiletries when requested, rooms were exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, bar service was great and we love that they are a sustainable hotel. Additionally, we love that each floor had a different artwork design. The breakfast was also a plus! So delicious and refreshing. Der Whilhemshof made our stay in Vienna a memorable one. We stayed at other hotels in Prague and Budapest - NOTHING compares to the customer service of the hotel here. Thank you again. We can't wait to visit again.

Very unassuming Hotel, slightly on the outskirts of the main City Centre but 5 mins walk to all the major train, tram and bus stations. Very easy connection straight to the airport for only €3 per passenger. Staff were very friendly and hospitable, breakfast was above average, rooms were clean, large and very comfy. The toilet was on the larger size and a very large walk in shower Would gladly stay here again and you cant ask for more especially at the very affordable pricing. Thank you, Marc

A great hotel, conveniently located for site seeing across Vienna. Superb breakfasts & lovely staff. Well appointed rooms & very comfortable beds. The area isn't top notch but we felt perfectly safe. Highly recommend.

L’hotel si trova vicino alla metro e vicino alla stazione dei treni per l’aeroporto, ottima posizione in poco tempo e con pochi soldi raggiungi il centro. Il personale è gentilissimo e la colazione ottima. Straconsiglio per chi va per la prima volta a Vienna.

Overall stay was great. The hotel was very presentable. We stayed at one of their suites. Good location - walking distance to Prater. the complimentary breakfast was great as well. Only issue was the A/C. Since it was the start of “colder” season we were informed that they switched from centralized A/C to centralized heating. unfortunately, during the weekend we were there, the temperature was quite warm therefore we were left with a muggy room. We were given one small fan to help with the heat

Most perfect family room ever!
Most perfect room (junior suite) EVER for my family of 3 ( 2 adults and a 12 year old). Could have comfortably accommodated anothe child too. The room was just so spacious, clean and replete with natural air and sunlight. Bathrooms and toilets are separate and spacious, as well. Staff was wonderful - service was great - breakfast spread was nice Only issue that some folks may have is ramps fpr accessibility and one small rickety elevator. However, given how wonderful our overall experience was, I'm willing to overlook these nits and would still rate it a 6 on 5
