The location is excellent! Very easy to travel, public transport nearby and very efficient. The Hop on Hop off blue line and red has a stop in front of the hotel. Very useful when in a hurry to get something from the drugstore (cross the street) or grocery. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Will definitely book again! And the Negroni was the best I ever had! Room perfect for a single traveller. Quiet, comfortable bed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location for visiting the historic sites and walking the old town. Rooms were neat and clean. Wish the towels were changed more often but this is a common issue with European hotels. If traveling in summer, the rooms have air conditioning which is great for Americans. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Lovely clean room, beautiful bedding, comfy bed and gorgeous soft towels. Room had plenty of storage and the welcome gifts were so appreciated in our room. We didnt use the mini bar but the fridge was very useful for storing drinks. Staff were lovely especially most of the reception staff and the room maid she was absolutely delightful. The Hotel is situated perfectly for exploring the city - but quiet enough to not be disturbed. Only negative was a very miserable member of staff in the bar! Not helpful or very friendly ! Which was a shame as all other staff were lovely.

Pros: location is excellent, staff are very helpful with old european style Cons: first floor street facing room is right above tram line so if you intend to sleep in after say 0600 in the morning, forget it Other comments rave about the breakfast but it was rather banal Overall ok,depending how much you paid

Hotel Stefanie was our Vienna home for our seven day stay, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of every member of the personnel. The front desk staff were patient and knowledgeable and always made good recommendations for our excursions. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were kind and courteous. It was a pleasure to enjoy the amenities and overall beauty and elegance of the property before and after exploring the city; and the breakfast, in particular, was something we looked so forward to every morning. The attention to detail was top-notch, and we'll never forget our holiday in Vienna, thanks in part to the hospitality offered at Hotel Stefanie.
