Good location but very dirty

The location was great by Judenplatz, so close to the main streets. The apartment was in general ok, but it was quite dirty when we came, hair and dust on the floor. Beds were comfortable but very bad pillows. The kitchen only have cuttlery, plates, glasses, cups and a few pots. But no other kitchen amenities like kitchen knife, cutting board etc so it's not really a place where you can cook. It was very warm in Vienna when we were there and there is no Air Con in the appartment only 1 fan that can be used in one of the rooms, but it was boiling hot inside and not a lot of air. Also worth mentioning is that you pick up the keys from a lock box outside of the entry door, it is also where you leave the keys. These boxes were quite difficult to open!

דירה נוחה במיקום מרכזי. הנקיון היה טוב אבל אפשר לשפר. שני חסרונות עיקריים: 1. הלחץ מים במקלחת היה ממש נמוך.מאוד מציק 2. הווילונות בחדרים לא הרמטים. ככה שנכנס אור בשעות הבוקר. נראה שככה מקובל שם, בכל זאת זה די מציק. יתרון לדתיים, המפתחות רגילים ולא מגנטיים. שורה תחתונה מיקום מצויין ודירה מרווחת

Wonderful stay in the heart of Vienna

The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Very comfortable beds and matrasses, very big closet. Heating system is excellent (it was plus 7 when we visited Vienna), but there is no air conditioner if it is hot weather. Kitchenette has almost everything you need - tea pot, refrigerator, there are no cutting boards to cut bread and vegetables, but plenty of plates and glasses, cups. Please note that there is no elevator as it is a historical building, but fully renovated. However steps are pretty comfortable. Local area is fantastic, every attraction is in the walking distance, many pubs, restaurants nearby. But you enter the building and you are in the quiet and comfortable zone.

Dreckigste und ekligste Unterkunft, die wir je gesehen haben: Böden nicht gereinigt oder gesaugt Betten nicht frisch bezogen Krümel auf den Tischen Haare überall Bäder nicht geputzt Toilette verstopft Wir haben versucht die Betreiber zu kontaktieren - bis heute war kein persönlicher Kontakt möglich. Wir waren gezwungen sehr kurzfristig eine neue Unterkunft zu buchen, wodurch zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind. Auch der Kundenservice von expedia konnte die Betreiber nicht erreichen. Inzwischen haben wir eine Beschwerde eingereicht. Keine Empfehlung diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Bad stay experience: No KEY! / 糟糕的住宿經驗: 沒有鑰匙

There was no reception desk, I received an Email, telling you how to get the key (mail box at the Gate and code for the box) and enter to the room. However, the cleaning lady put the key in the wrong box. I arrived 8:00PM and found NO key in the box. I didn't have internet access so I had to pay additional charge to connect to internet and download what'sAPP so that I could reach them. I stood in front of the Gate waiting for them to arrive and give me the key for 40 mins, I was wet, cold, tired and hungry. This was a VERY BAD stay experience. I don't want to be mean, but I paid more than 130 EURO for that night, this is NOT the service that worth for this price. 飯店並沒有reception. 訂房完成後,收到一封EMAIL, 教你如何取得鑰匙(大門旁的小信箱, 信箱的密碼) 以及如何進入公寓. 然而, 清潔公司人員把我的鑰匙放到錯的信箱, 我在晚上八點抵達, 打開信箱後發現是空的. 當時我沒有網路, 不得已開了國際漫遊, 下載了WHAT'S APP (only way to reach 課服). 又冷,又濕,又累,又餓得站在門口等了40分鐘直到人員抵達給我正確的鑰匙. 非常糟糕的住宿經驗 做為一個沒有服務台的公寓酒店, 最基本也最重要的一件事就是確保鑰匙留在正確的地方, 能讓客人取得. 這晚住宿花了我超過130歐元, 這樣的服務完全不及格.
