The property is located within walking distance of many attractions and the tram is a few steps away in the event you don’t feel like walking. The staff were extremely helpful with directions in getting around.

Staff was amazing, room was great and clean. Only problem was we never had our room cleaned even though we requested it. They were shortstaffed, but we were at least able to get clean towels and get trash removed.

Did the job as expected. A place to sleep and use the facilities. The fans that were supplied wasn't the best. It did get really hot but that was also expected. Bed seemed to retain a lot of heat

Nice facility, staff was very kind and helpful, location was walkable distance to many sights and close to transportation stops. Would definitely recommend if planning a trip to Vienna!

It was great! Good location and super friendly staff. The only downside is that there’s no AC (we knew about it) but they do offer a fan which helps :)

Everything was fine and convenient. Great breakfast. Only issue was that road works on street had moved the tram stop.

Clean and comfortable

Dorm style bed/room, while inexpensive stay, parking is paid and off site and breakfast is expensive for a no meat menu. Overall it was cleAn and comfortable

Loved having a gym, a full kitchen and the room was perfect for us. Price was also reasonable. We were there in the fall so not having AC was not an issue. Loved it!

Good place to stay with modest accommodations. The room was not very stylish, but it was very contemporary, clean and practical. There was not many common areas in the hotel to hang out or utilize other than the room in the lobby area unless you booked a private conference room

Very nice property, missed the air con the first night even though a fan is provided. However understandable that there isn’t any air con due to the property running on entirely green energy which is amazing! And we got used to the heat. Shower was incredible and the beds were very comfy!

Hotel is well located, near good restaurants and public transport. Excellent breakfast, but if you’d prefer you can use the small kitchen in the apartment. But our 3 nights were in the summer, and the room has no air conditioning. Very hard to sleep. One of the beds was broken, but it was replaced after notifying the staff.

Stayed here because it was convenient to get to the stadium for a concert. Our double room was spacious and the staff was friendly, but our stay was brought down by the lack of air conditioning. The neighborhood is also quite boring and there was construction going on outside starting at 7am. Next time, I will stay in a hotel with AC.

The staff didn’t come with any solution, about a reservation problem we had. There hands were tight they told us. No piece of empathy at all. Customer experience is zero. The rooms and location were fine.
