Thank you very much for your feedback. We are really happy that you liked how your apartment was equipped. Our staff is on-site usually from the 9am until 14pm from Monday to Friday. We are sorry that it was too hot in your apartment. Unfortunately, not all our apartments have air conditioning, only the ones on the fourth and fifth floor of the property do have air conditioning. We are very sorry for the problems with the check-in, you must have been very worried. Sorry once again. The E-Mail was definitely sent and also to the correct E-Mail address. Usually an error E-Mail is also sent back in case an E-Mail cant be delivered. This was also not the case. It is very weird and I cannot explain why you havent received the E-Mail. Our telephone definitely has problems as it often quickly rings and before we answer it is hanged up. We straight away called our IT company and internet provider and hopefully the issue will be solved very soon. We are really happy that you enjoyed the rest of your stay and once again sorry for the difficulties with the check-in.
