Reception staff and breakfast was really good. The bedrooms were a bit basic and needing an update, very old and a bit unkept. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was continental but a good choice available. Ample parking although very busy and a chance if you arrive late of not getting a parking space.

Hôtel en pleine restauration ce qui est bien, on sent l'intérêt d'améliorer et de maintenir l'hôtel a son niveau. Il est bien placé. Accès au parc en 8mn à pied, accès rapide pour repartir manger dans Poitiers. Pour quelques centimes de plus il serait bien d'avoir un minimum de salé au petit dejeuner. Des oeufs et du bacon aurait fait notre bonheur.

Il manquait peut être petit déjeuner salé. La chambre très propre on nous a changé la chambre car la première etait côté route et la porte était voilée et le froid et le bruit de la route etait insupportable niveau literie le matelas etait impeccable il manquait une bonne couette car le dessus du lit etait trop court et un oreillé carré car il n'y avait que les oreillés rectangulaires. pas confort pour regarder la télé. la cabine toilette douche etait minuscule et soit on se mangeait le pommeau soit le rideau de douche l'eau de la douche etait compliqué a réglé et on s'est brûlé au départ.... a faire attention avec des enfants en bas âge ! On savait que pour le prix on aurait pas qque chose de mieux.... Le personnel de l'accueil très gentils et accueillants🙏 La réception très soignée et la déco d'halloween superbe et réussie.
