Excellent location, just a few minutes close to the heritage village and shops. Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious, staff are courteous and friendly. All in all was a pleasant stay whilst in Vigan. Thank you!!

Great property with excellent staff. The room was spotless and aside from a hot water issue the first night, which they fixed quickly, the unit was spacious and comfortable. It’s convenient to the tourist spots and shopping. I’d recommend paradores to visitors.

Friendly staff, fast response to needs and questions. Close walk to the center of the city. Had a quiet and relaxing stay. Also enjoyed the breakfast they served either at the restaurant or in your room. Only issue was the internet connection, had to get a new user id and password a couple times. Also has a gym which I used every day.

What I like most is the friendliness of all the staff, their prompt response to our concerns, the cleanliness of the area, and the distance from the city center which is not too close and not that far for a walk. We had a quiet and relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast they served us. Especially the coffee, it tastes so perfect that I even asked for a refill. The only thing I did not like was the internet connection. It is not only once that we needed a new password to access the internet. The front desk explained the reason as to why but to me it would be better if it is continuous for the duration of their guest's stay, especially if you are working on something important in your laptop.

There aren't many hotel options in Vigan so you're limited by choices. It may be good for Vigan, but it is not a great hotel overall. The room we received did not resemble at all the room in the pics on the website. The room was musty smelling. Water pressure in the shower is low. Hot water is almost non-existent. You will have hot water for about 5 seconds and then it's cold again. The in-room breakfast they serve is a major let-down. The electricity also went out perhaps 5 times the night we were there. Not sure if that was a hotel problem or a city electrical problem. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the A/C works great.
