Small, friendly and cozy.

Great little hotel. Food was amazing, and staff absolutely wonderful. Smiles and great service all over. The only negative thing was a very small room. But there are bigger rooms available, so if I’m going back, I’d book one of the bigger rooms.

Lovely little hotel 30min from Porto. It is located in a rural area, so a car is required. Service was amazing, everyone was very friendly and room service was outstanding! We also ate at the restaurant which was tasty but I wouldn't recommend it for every night due to the limited choice of main dishes.

This was an amazing venue. It was super clean with a mixture of contemporary and old world styles. The staff were the friendliest we have seen in a very long while. We will definitely be coming back for another visit!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Quinta do Pedregal Hotel & Spa when I encountered a bedbug infestation in the hotel room. Despite reaching out to both the hotel and their customer service, I received no assistance or reimbursement for the night. This ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied with Quinta do Pedregal Hotel & Spa's handling of the situation and their lack of responsibility, especially given the current bedbug concerns in Europe. Upon arriving at Quinta do Pedregal Hotel & Spa, I got into the hot tub in the room, but it was cold. So then I changed into the robe and got on the bed to wait for the hot tub to warm up. I immediately noticed signs of a bedbug infestation in the room. I noticed small, reddish spots on the bed sheets, and upon lifting the mattress cover I noticed bugs and eggs further confirming my suspicions. I promptly photographed the evidence as a record of the issue, given the gravity of the situation. I then contacted the hotel's front desk, but their response was nothing short of apathetic. I was offered another room, but I did not want to stay in a facility with bedbugs. Despite my concerns and the pictures I provided, they showed no urgency in addressing the problem in issuing a refund for the evening. In the end, I had no choice but to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. This experience not only disrupted my travel plans but also caused financial strain.

O staff é muito atencioso e prestável, o pequeno almoço é bom servido com muita simpatia e atenção para com os hóspedes. Se optar por fazer refeições no Hotel, o serviço de restaurante é excelente, com pouca diversidade, mas com qualidade de excelência, muito bem confeccionada e as sugestões do chef são excelentes. O local inspira á tranquilidade rodeado de natureza, espaços muito bem tratados e limpos e onde os nosso animais de estimação são aceites e muito bem tratados por todos.

Magnífico hotel. Habitación espaciosa, con porche, y un baño también grande y muy agradable. Zonas comunes, piscina exterior y SPA que son un placer. Pero lo más maravilloso e inigualable es el maravilloso equipo humano que lo regenta. Desde antes de la llegada ya se desviven por tener todo a punto. Te llaman, te preguntan por todo lo que vas a necesitar. Uno de los días llegamos más tarde y nos abrieron la piscina interior para nosotros. Los desayunos son buenísimos, todo de una calidad altísima y servidos en tu mesa sin moverte para nada. Al final, pocos hoteles quedan en la memoria pero este será, sin duda, uno ellos. Mil gracias a todo el equipo! Sois todos de 10!!!

Hôtel d’une propreté irréprochable. Chambre et literie très agréables. Grande qualité des plats proposés à la carte. L’accès au spa et aux soins est un véritable plus. Personnel plus qu’agréable et aux petits soins pour chaque demande.

Calmo e envolto na natureza

Pequena quinta onde é possível descansar rodeado pela natureza ficando num dos bungalows. Piscina exterior e interior (no SPA). Funcionários muito atenciosos, simpáticos e prestáveis. O restaurante é bastante bom.

Прекрасный загородный дом.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом доме. У нас был собственный, большой дом. В доме есть все необходимое, очень тепло, несколько обогревателей. Прямо на территории дома есть парковка. Хозяйка очень приятная , общительная молодая женщина. Нам очень понравилось. Недалеко находится прекрасный ресторан Hamingway. Основное блюдо у них стейк, это была самая вкусная еда, которую мы ели в Porto

Quite Place for Relax

The Hotel is located far away from Porto and Gaia. Very nice place if you are looking for a quiet stay as the Hotel is located near the mountains in a very quiet town . Drive to the city is around 25 Minutes and you need to have a car to move around. The place has nice gardens and even barbecue grills outside and the room I stayed is completely furnished with everything for cooking. Internet was not working very well.

Un séjour au paradis

Notre séjour s est déroulé a perfection grace a des hôtes adorables, toujours disponibles et soucieux de notre bien être. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans un bel appartement et un beau jardin très bien entretenus et aménagés. Le tout près de porto et de gaia. Nous y retournerons très certainement !
