This hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve. It is really on the beach, so it is a great place for people with disabilities or young children. Yes, it is dated, but the staff and constant remodeling make it very comfortable. It is a favorite among older crowds, and many people return to it year after year. We have stayed here for many years and will continue to do so.

In itself, the property is beautiful. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area is well kept and it a lovely large pool. Unfortunately, my whole experience of the place was marred by a very rude receptionist who decided to accuse me of stealing part of the deposit I had left for my pool towel. She insisted that she had placed two 10 euro notes onto the counter when she had only placed one. It was especially upsetting as it was my birthday and my first conversation of the day. I would not go back due to this member of staff.

Hotel is in a great location right on the beach and in walking distance of bars and restaurants. The grounds are attractive and well kept with pools, play area, tennis courts etc. However the building is very dated and badly needs renovation.

Nadat ik om een rustige kamer had gevraagd, kreeg ik kamer 218. Ongeveer het centrum van alle verbouwingsactiviteiten! Uitgeweken naar appartement (200 euro) extra, maar daar rustig. Op de site van Expedia staat niet vermeld dat het gehele hotel verbouwd wordt. Vakantie in een soort bouwput. Ligging hotel prima, hotel zelf staat op storten, inpandig lijkt het op een soort hospice!

Vanuit het hotel loop je binnen 5 minuten het strand op of je ligt heerlijk bij het zwembad waar gelukkig geen harde muziek te horen is. Het ontbijtbuffet, van 7-10.30, is zeer uitgebreid. Het hotel is oud maar housekeeping doet zijn best om alles goed schoon te houden. Het comfort van alles dichtbij maakt veel goed. Aanrader voor gezinnen.

La localisation "pieds dans l'eau" est parfaite, un hôtel qui a un cachet certain et qui dispose de beaucoup de place, d'un parking privé et surveillé (mention spéciale au gardien qui est très sympa) les points moins positifs sont à attribuer à l'accueil qui n'est pas très "friendly" et au restaurant qui n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel (tenue correcte exigée mais un service moyen et surtout, pas d'autre possibilité qu'un buffet pour le diner) Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le restaurant de la piscine est une bonne alternative pour le déjeuner.
