He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area. “This was an old hotel where almost nothing seemed to work properly. The air conditioning was erratic — it was either too cold or too hot — and after taking a shower, the water didn’t drain well, leaving the bathroom flooded. At one point, the electricity even went out and we had to call someone to fix it. Breakfast was another letdown, with sausages and eggs served completely cold, which was quite shocking. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and this hotel is definitely not deserving of a...
