El hotel está muy bien, son amables, con parking privado y sin cargo, con piscina, desayuno muy completo incluído en el precio, las habitaciones están bien solo una noche tuvimos que llamar porque no habían cambiado las sabanas pero lo solucionaron en poco tiempo, por lo demás muy bien, agradable y bonito

Muy bueno lo recomiendo

Es un buen hotel muy cómodo muy tranquilo sus dos piscinas son muy cheveres el orden y servicio muy bueno, lo único pues el tiempo de salida sería bueno que lo dejarán al menos hasta las 2 o 3 PM sería un plus ante la competencia por que el hotel muy bueno lo recomiendo, lo único es que los de la recepción estar bien informados al llamar para que le aclaren todo lo que ofrecen ser claros con la información lo recomiendo ya sea para cualquier plan muy bueno.

Seguridad en la piscina del 5 piso

La experiencia fue agradable, el personal muy cordiales y atentos, ante cualquier inquietud. Mejorar la seguridad de ingreso a la piscina del 5 piso, ya que los escalones para ingresar y dentro de esta son muy resbaloso. Tuve una resbalada y caída el primer día, afortunadamente tuve la ayuda de otros huéspedes y no pasó a mayores. El piso es muy resbaloso y hubo varios comentarios sobre la misma situación. Me parece que deben tomar medidas y así evitar que a otros huéspedes les pueda pasar un accidente mayor. Gracias

Deben mejorar: 1. La información en trivago debe ser la misma al llegar al hotel, éramos pareja y nos tocó habitación en cama separada. 2. El chico de la recepción no fue nada empatico con el recibimiento. 3. El sr de los botones debería ayudar con el equipaje así fuera poco. 4. Nos dieron una habitación con la ducha tapada y el baño tapado. 5. La señora del aseo abrió la puerta sin golpear.

Muy agradable la estadía

Muy agradable la estadía, todo limpio y organizado. Falta estar más atentos al servicio del bar en la piscina, pues no todo el tiempo está la persona encargada y toca llamar a la recepción para que suba. De resto el personal muy atento. No tengo objeciones al respecto.

the good and the bad

the good: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good beds, the bad: Hotel was making locative repairs during the busy season, causing a lot of noise. The first room we were assigned was close to the pool, so the noise was unbearable from music and kids. We asked a room change and it took 2 days. Some requests for help were ignored, sobwe had to ask twice.
