Excellent boutique hotel - Villavicencio

The experience with this hotel was a very pleasant one. Finding the hotel is easy, although you have to be on the lookout once you're on the way to Restrepo, as there are no road signs before the actual sign of the hotel so you might pass it by. It pays to have someone else looking left in case you're driving yourself. Lots of parking space and green areas with exotic plants and trees. Check in is a breeze and they offered me and my wife a frosted lemonade during this process. Cheaper rooms are spacious enough for a couple with all the expected commodities except a hair dryer and a minibar, so plan ahead. As there is a busy highway close to the hotel, you can hear tire and engine noise, but I had no trouble going to sleep or staying there. Included breakfast is very good and complete; for a weekend stay we didn't change it much, but if you're staying longer you'd like to mix it up. All meals are prepared by an in-house chef, high quality, served in nice fashion and the menu is diverse enough for most tastes. Pool area is really clean (as is the entire hotel, since the owners are very scrupulous in this regard) and enjoyable, palm trees provide shade and space is adequate for the number of possible guests. Service was nothing short of outstanding, all personnel was attentive and catered to our needs promptly and with professionalism... we felt really pampered. Check out was fast as well. Highly recommended hotel in Villavicencio, peaceful, well-serviced and enjoyable.

No es un hotel normal, es sencillamente hermoso, tiene varios tipos de habitaciones, algunas son suites, yo me quede en una sencilla pero volvere a una suite por que son divinas.......La atencion de las personas es muy amable, alimentacion muy bien, piscina impecable, las habitaciones sencillas no tienen agua caliente, las suites si tienen, los platos de la carta oscilan entre los 12 y los 25 mil pesos. Esta a mas o menos 5 minutos del centro de villavicencio, POR FAVOR PREGUNTAR AL TAXI ANTES DE QUE ARRANQUE pues la primera vez me iban a cobrar el triple de la tarifa normal que es de 12 mil pesos desde el centro de la ciudad. Simplemente es para enamorarse el sitio, muy buen gusto en la decoración, atencion, y demás....la tarifa muy apropiada con lo que ofrecen, y las fotos son reales no son maquilladas.........por lo tanto 5 y volveremos

don´t get confused, this is a Villa, not a Hotel

It took us 1h to do the check in, and about 40min to do the check out, and the place was empty! Meals were too expensive for what we got. The place is nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but lacking basic things like a closet to hang your clothes or a safety box, and with no privacy at all (open windows to the garden that you can´t lock, with curtains that don´t cover completely the window). If you are looking for a hotel, I can´t recommend you this one. If you are looking for a Villa with a swimming pool for a weekend, and you have a car, you may like this place.
