El hotel está terrible las condiciones está muy sucio, dañado las tablas, el precio es demasiado por algo tan malo, no tienen buena señal no hay internet en el hotel, la comida es pésima

Me quedé en refugio sol, y el valor cancelado no corresponde a una experiencia ofrecida por un hotel de lujo. Es increíble que no haya flexibilidad en la música, ni un transporte para bajar a hacer un check out, que el refugio no tenga iluminación alguna ni que ofrezcan una linterna te deja en medio de la nada

Unique location, design, and architecture… poor service, bland food, awe full drinks. Don’t expect anything special in terms of food or service. Staff knows nothing about the resort functions… everything is totally inconsistent.

Nie wieder!!! •Kein englischsprachiges Personal, nicht ein Wort •nicht eine Steckdose auf dem Zimmer •nach 19.00Uhr kein Essen mehr verfügbar, ausser Pizza •auf den hölzernen Gehwegen extreme Verletzungsgefahr durch hervorstehende Nägel und losen Planken sowie ungenügende Beleuchtung der Gehwege (Taschenlampe/Handylampe zwingend erforderlich). Magnífica combinación entre desierto y estilo

Espectacular. El concepto del hotel glamorous camping es muy bueno, la comida deliciosa y bastante, el servicio de masajes, la atención de su personal y en agradecimiento especial a Bolivar, Jorge, Alexis y de Portería el señor Enrique, nos sentimos muy acogidos. El Astrofisico que nos guió con la charla astronomica es bastante profesional y tiene un amplio conocimiento del tema. Muchas gracias a todos, la pasé muy bien y sin pensarlo 2 veces volveré a disfrutar con familiares y amigos de este sitio tan diferente a lo que haces habitualmente.

I had an excelent experience there. I was unsure about booking because of previus reviews but i booked anyway and had a really good experince. After booking I contacted the hotel using whatsapp and I got a response in 24 hours, I was able to get information about tours and arrange transportation from Neiva. They explained that electricity could be limited at night since they run with solar energy so they suggested to bring flashlights and a power bank if needed. The pick up service was on time to pick us from the airport and the ride was confortable and the driver very friendly. We got one ecocave with beautiful view and they let us use an ATV for transportation since it was far from restaurants and loby. Food was delicius and staff was very attentive (specially Steven). It is true that the hotel is located in an rough enviroment being in the middle of the desert so it may not be suitable for everybody but that is exactly what I loved since I wanted to be connected with nature and disconnected from everything else. Most of the staff doesn't speak english and although some people complain about it, I see that the hotel is hiring local staff promoting local economy instead of bringing people in. I think they were very honest cancelling tours when weather was not ideal instead of taking my money and giving me a limited experience. I will definitely come back!

Decepcionado

Llegamos por la noche y no había luz por los caminos para llegar a las habitaciones teníamos que usar la linterna de nuestro movil para movernos por la noche, y teniendo en cuenta que no se puede cargar el movil en las habitaciones solo en pequeños puntos en el lobby que a veces ni funcionaban es inaceptable ,el personal es pesimo están todo el rato con el whatsapp y no te ayudan para nada, pedimos una toalla para la piscina y me dijeron que no les quedaban que volviese al día siguiente!, las habitaciones no funcionaba el ventilador de la cabaña ni la luz del cuarto entonces no veíamos absolutamente nada de noche , el baño daba asco de lo sucio que estaba!, la dejadez del personal era tanta que habian tazas de café que habíamos consumido por la mañana por la noche en la piscina o en el bar, la comida del bar se aprovechan de que no había nada alrededor para comer, era super caro y de horrible calidad y sin contar que te toca jr a buscar a los camareros porque ni siquiera vienen a pedirte el pedido!, y toda la terraza llena de gatos que se te suben y los camareros en vez de intentar alejarlos o estar pendientes , estaban con el movil chateando o hablando entre ellos, es vergonzoso que existan establecimientos asi!, muy muy decepcionado!.
