“Good place to stay the night before our return trip on the ferry early the next day. With easy access to the old town the tram stops outside the venue. Staff were really helpful and helped us to get in to town and use the tram. The restaurant has a great atmosphere as does the roof top bar.”

“The room was like a tiny box with hardly any room to move around. The bed was comfortable and the bedding of good quality. It looked old and tired. The outside of the room was very unappealing, shutters tightly shut and dirty paintwork, grubby is the right adjective. Breakfast was excellent. I understood when I made the booking that dinner was served at the hotel. This was not the case. Consequently, we had to go out to find somewhere to eat. Industrial estates don't have restaurants. “Easy to find from the main road, very clean and modern rooms with comfy beds. The out of hours login for reception was quite intuitive but older people may struggle if they dont like technology. 1 member of staff was there to help with some peoples after we had already checked in and seemed very helpful. I would recommend this to others”

“Friendly staff, easy check in. Large choice of local places to eat within walking distance. The room was quite small but perfectly fine for an overnight stop. The en-suite bathroom was clean but also small which could be a problem for larger people. Perfectly fired our requirements We didn't try breakfast.”
