The views of the cost line are beautiful from any corner of the hotel. I felt really safe in the area, and enjoyed walking down the beach. All little cafes and other stores in the walking distance, as well as Concón dunes and sea lions.

Bueno todo muy bien, lo único malo es que la sala de juegos de los niños es para mayores de 4 años siendo que un niño de 3 uno como papá también podría estar viéndolos para cuidarlos

Todo partió mal en la recepción. Un recepcionista (Francisco Santander) soberbio y altanero, que siempre buscó el conflicto en vez de la solución. Exactamente lo contrario de lo que debe ser. La habitación, hedionda, un solo vaso, un solo shampoo. El tomacorriente del escritorio sin energía, aun más: NO CABLEADO. Un desastre

Don't be fooled

Disappointed in the resort. Too remote, not many dining/drinking options. "Gym" had one VERY worn treadmill. If you plan on eating at the hotel, allow 2 hours at least. My "ocean view room" technically was right if I cranes my neck to look FAR out to the right I could see a sliver of the ocean.

Tiene intenciones de ser un resort

La habitación es suficiente para un descanso, lamentablemente las aislaciones son deficientes y se puede escuchar las conversaciones de las habitaciones anexas; si bien el recibimiento es cortés, te mandan sólo a buscar tu habitación , no tienen la intención de mostrarte dirigidamente las dependencias, por lo que debes salir a preguntar y descubrir los atractivos del lugar o como puedes acceder a ellos. Creo que hay muchas cosas que mejorar.

Buen hotel, muchas actividades, cerca de todo, solo faltaron unos pequeños detalles para hacer nuestra experiencia mejor; no tenia vasos en la habitación y el control remoto de la tv lo tuve que ir a buscar a la recepcion

Muchos peros

Muy lindo el lugar, pero Piscina temperada fría, no hay acceso libre a agua caliente (solo en restorant hasta las 22) y nos quisieron cobrar más de lo descrito en la reserva.
