Nuestra experiencia en general muy aceptable, las instalaciones tiene las comodidades mínimas, pero su estado está bastante deteriorado. Nunca fueron hacer el aseo, los implementos de aseo estaban a medias. Las personas de atención siempre fueron amables, pero en general creo qué hay potencial pero se debe mejorar mucho. Positivo, la piscina, los juegos de niños y el sendero ayudan mucho a matar el tiempo para los niños

Muy tranquilo y relajante, el recinto cuenta con piscina, bar, restobar y discoteca, lo único malo que las Cabañas matrimonial se escucha todo del otro lado del vecino.

lindo lugar, pero instalaciones anticuadas

El lugar es excelente, bien ubicado y en medio de un bonito bosque. Pero las instalaciones son antiguas, sin estar actualizadas, todo se ve muy viejo y las cabañas son de un diseño anticuado y poco util. El servicio no es bueno, no saben dar informacion de cosas básicas como por ejemplo adonde se puede ir a desayunar o cosas así. No hay internet disponible, aunque se diga que sí. En resumen, deberán actualizar ese complejo urgentemente. Mientras tanto, no cobren tanto.

We loved the place! Nice location, cabins clean and spacious. Enough supplies for up to 8 people. Close to the pool. Very nice environment and views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Messages were answered in a timely manner.
