Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was super nice and the room was great, love the bed and especially the breakfast brought to my room in the mornings. The views from the deck of the ocean are magical and the hotel is very safe and walkable to all the restaurants in town. They even gave me complementary glasses of wine and the staff was very friendly. I had a great stay and would come again, it’s a nice boutique hotel and great price for the stay. Very happy with this hotel and everything it offered, my favorite was the little library to hang out and relax with ocean views.

Good location, clean, friendly staff. I came in September, the ocean is too cold to go in at that time. Also, the hot water in the shower did not have good pressure. Otherwise, excellent. Friendly staff, good restaurant, close to the beach & some shopping & restaurants.

Badly maintained and bad car park

The hotel has nice location but the rooms are very small and so are the bed so not much space to move inside. Two things that annoyed me a lot here though. The pool you see in the pics are not correct. It was only 3 chairs at the pool and no chair cushions on them. One of them was available at the time I went there but could not use it becauase it was full with bird poo. All boardwalk was in fact with bird poo so they dont clean or maintain the pool area, despite we went their on a Saturday in high season. Now to the parking, we arrived in the afternoon and told the staff we parked a car, which they could see from the reception. The receptionist said, fine and gave no more information about the parking. So in the morning when we wanted to go out after breakfast around 10am but 2 other cars blocked our car and the gates was closed and nobody at the reception at that time. So we just had to wait together with other annoyed people until somebody got help from staff at the restaurant. So around 10.55 we were able to be let out eventually after he got hold of the last car owner who blocked the other 3 cars. So if you come in car avoid this place if you don't want to sit and wait in the morning so you get locked in until 11 last time of check out otherwise. The staff was friendly and helpful but it doesn't help if they are too few and clearly the owners dont maintain the place. Lot of creda to the restaurant, both food and staff was great.

Una vista hermosa, sin embargo el hotel parace ser manejado por alguien que desconoce totalmente de como hospedar personas, 1.- No tenían agua para beber en la habitación 2.- No tenían servicio de bebidas de snacks en la alberca. 3.- Hicimos una petición espacial para un cumpleaños y la ignoraron. 4.- La habitación no tuvo agua caliente por horas y no pudimos usar el Jacuzzi. 5.- Nos querían cambiar de habitación sin motivo aparante. 6.- Nos asignaron otra habitación por tener duplicidad de reservas. 7.- Nunca hicieron el aseo de la habitación. 8.- En generar el Hotel está descuidado y sucio, No cumple los requisitos para ser un hotel boutique de ese precio. 9.- No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Pésimo! NO es lo que ofrece

CARO Y PÉSIMO! Todo partió mal desde que llegamos y nos estaban cobrando +40 mil pesos más por la reserva realizada en Hotels.com . Luego nos llevaron a una pieza y al rato nos dijeron que no era nuestra reserva y nos llevaron a otra pieza realmente pequeña. Yo iba por una competencia deportiva y ni siquiera pude estirar un mat ya que no cabía. Cabe mencionar que el valor es de +100 mil la noche. Por otro lado, dado este cambio repentino de pieza, tuve una confusión y entré erróneamente a la pieza que nos habían dado antes y curiosamente mi llave abría también la otra habitación, por lo que me pareció realmente de una pésima seguridad. Menos mal abri y estaban solo las cosas de los huéspedes y ellos no estaban dentro. Luego hubo un corte de agua y cuando llegó había agua caliente en otras piezas menos la mía pero se excusaron que era un corte "programado" y luego una rotura de matriz, pero bien curioso que justo en mi pieza no hubiese agua caliente. En la mañana tampoco había agua por lo que jamás me pude duchar. La verdad pagué caro por una buena experiencia dado que iba a una competencia y esto me restó ya que fue todo lo contrario a bienestar y tranquilidad. Es por lejos la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel.

A cama é muito boa, travesseiro ótimo. O quarto não tem um armário ou pelo menos uma cômoda ou arara para pendurar as roupas, uma decoração estranha, parece motel, tudo muito escuro. O banheiro muito escuro e muito mal cuidado. Enfim falta um pouco mais de carinho com a propriedade. Já o restaurante é muito bom, comida e café da manhã muito bons.

Muy mala experiencia..no parece hotel..., mas parece motel..., muy malo el servicio..., solo dos personas, reserve una habitación y cuando llegue no estaba disponible.., no me devolvieron la diferencia del costo de las habitaciones..., las habitaciones sucias, sin aire acondicionado, el baño abierto..., sin privacidad..., el administrador me informo que iba a ver una solución y no respeto el acuerdo realizado...NO lo recomiendo, muy malo y sucio..!!, Pesima experiencia...

Excelente, pero no recomendable

Costó mucho que el personal de aseo hiciera bien su trabajo en nuestra habitación. Por culpa de la falta de luz me caí haciéndome un daño grave en la mano y, si bien vino una enfermera inmediatamente, no se acercaron para decirme cómo compensarían el dolor. Tampoco hubo compensación por el mal trabajo del personal de aseo. Y finalmente, hubo falta de agua caliente durante 3/5 de nuestra estadía

Solicité cama matrimonial al momento de la reserva y finalmente eran dos colchones de una plaza unidos con el cubrecolchon y sabanas, muy incomodo. Todo lo demas super bien!

Pequeños detalles

El personal atendía muy bien pero la dueña muy poco empatica, cobran 1000 por una cubeta con hielo... ponen pocas toallas para la categoría del Hotel cobran por adicional... no había papel higiénico de repuesto... La vista maravillosa y la piscina rica !! Corrigiendo pequeños detalles sería un agrado el Hotel.

Personal mal educado y poco capacitado.

La experiencia fue bastante peor de lo que imaginaba leyendo los comentarios ya existentes. La recepción un desastre, personal muy poco capacitado, irrespetuoso e irónico. Esto fue lo peor de toda la experiencia. Llegamos cerca de las 15:30 horas y no tenían las habitaciones listas. Tuvimos que adivinar cómo llegar a la habitación y estaban las mucamas limpiando. Por otro lado, había un ‘evento’ que ocupaba toda el area de la piscina lo que hacía imposible poder usarla o disfrutar de esa zona en pleno verano y unas de las razones por la que elegimos ese hotel y no otro. Claramente sin previo aviso. Para recibir al menos una disculpa por el mal trato del recepcionista, mal rato y perdida de tiempo (mas de 1 hora de espera, malas caras y burlas) tuvimos que alegar bastante y pedir hablar con la dueña. No fuimos la única pareja disconforme con la situación. La dueña siempre fue amable pero dio muchas explicaciones que no iban al caso. Al menos se disculpó y recien ahi ofreció una copa de espuma te para continuar la espera por la habitación. La cama era cómoda y tenía buena vista. El jacuzzi no funcionó y pagué una habitación mas cara por ese plus. Lo pensaría varias veces antes se volver a hospedarme ahi. La ubicación es buena pero creo que por este precio podría arrendar una casa completa con la misma vista y ubicación.
