Air conditioning bad, noisy and blew directly on you in bed. TV very low resolution, they couldn't fix it. Couldn't even watch football, you couldn't see the ball. Beds not comfortable and noisy. Way over priced. It was clean and quiet.

Nice roomy, comfortable, clean room. Comfortable and relaxing bed. Having hot water to shower with instead of the customary warm water was a major plus for my stay at this establishment. The quietness, peace and calm was so enjoyable. The establishment could definitely use more lighting on the premises. There are so many hidden, dark accessible areas on the premises which pose opportunies for a crime to occur.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place but it must have been before they made some renovations. I reserved 8 rooms and everyone was happy with theirs. Everything was new and clean. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional. The only downsides were that it was on a busy road and you could hear the traffic and they don’t serve breakfast, however they do give you $5 vouchers to use at the Dennys right next door. Would have no problem going back there if I ever visited Vineland again.

While the girl working at the desk was very pleasant, I wish I had known before hand about the $100 deposit I had to put down upon arrival. I expected to pay the $25 pet fee, but was unaware of the cleaning deposit. But it is what it is and will get reimbursed for that. The pool was closed which was upsetting because it was one of the reasons I booked a stay there. A lot of people just walking by through all hours smoking pot and cursing. The room itself was very clean so that was a plus. And there was no coffee maker in the room. There was one out in the lobby, but it never got turned on. Normally most of this stuff wouldn’t even bother me too much, but the amount I paid, I expected a little better.

It's okay for a value hotel. Cheapest chain I could find in town, it's just expensive in NJ. My only complaint is they didn't have coffee in the room or even in the lobby. LAZY. Room was okay though. Convenient and choices of restaurants nearby.
