"Everything from beginning to end was impeccable. Every detail that could make an experience superb was carefully and deliberately thought of. All of the staff were extremely courteous and they called us by name throughout the resort, which was a special touch. Our butler Manaske was fantastic and provided us with everything we needed throughout our stay. We stayed in a beach cottage, which was only a few steps from the beach and could not have been a better location. We rented a car on property (arranged by our butler/concierge) and drove all around the island including the Baths National Park, which was gorgeous. We can’t wait to return!"
"First, the pictures do not do the room size justice. The room is the size of an apartment. Also the view from my balcony was spectacular. Not to mention the swinging chair and chaise, bonus! The hotel has its own restaurant, but is also, a short walk along the beach or road to several others.
Nicole at the front desk was super helpful, and so incredibly pleasant. Any issue I had was resolved, learning how to work two remotes for tv was the only issue. She answered all questions, and provided awesome suggestions. I could not imagine my stay without her help!"
"I had a wonderful stay at Bitter End Yacht Club in the BVI and would definitely recommend it. The property is truly special, my room was spectacular, located right on the beach with a beautiful open design and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. Waking up to that view was unforgettable.
A special shout-out to Rechelle and Alicia at the front desk, who were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout my stay. They helped arrange boat taxis, transfers, and anything else I needed, always with such warmth and care. They really made the experience even more memorable.
The location is fantastic as well, with a dive shop nearby and plenty of water sports and activities available right from the property. A beautiful place to relax, explore, and enjoy the magic of the BVI. I would happily return!"
"I have been to Tortola several times and needed a hotel that was convenient to the airport for an early flight. This hotel checked that box. Staff was lovely at check in, the pool bar and the restaurant. Food was pretty good. I paid extra for a ‘beachfront’ room, which was in fact the closest to the beach, but on a slight downslope from the hill in front of beach so there was not a beach view from the room or front porch. More of a ‘dead grass’ view. Bed was comfortable but the room was a bit run down, bathroom was older, etc. That said, the price point was good. You get what you pay for! Long Bay Beach resort is quite a bit nicer with better views and vibes, but at 3x the cost and being on the other side of the island, probably not worth it."
