The rooms have a nice layout (booked a 2 bedroom queen) and it was a pleasant surprise that they are not right next to each other, but rather one bed in a bedroom and one in the living room area. There is no couch because of this, but its nice to have that privacy element. It was January when I was there and the windows let ALOT of cold air in. The first night I was freezing because of this. The next night, I turned the heat up a lot more and was more comfortable. It served the purpose for my visit to Norfolk and it had a lot of things within walking distance (starbucks, Jersey Mikes, Krispy Kreme). Not bad at all.
