"Hotel is falling apart, old dirty and not maintained. Dirty carpets & walls. Bed sheets are no longer white, full of stains. Found hairs on the bed. Shower did not work, water literally dropped from the shower head. Stay away from this property. "

"We had an excellent stay. Hotel located in the perfect area - a lot of stores, places to eat, and coffee shops all in less than 5 mins walking distance. Breakfast was great also - a lot of different options. Ruth, front desk agent, is AMAZING! Also, she makes the BEST old fashioned in DC! Overall, great place for leisure or business. I def recommend! "

"Breakfast the first morning, the line was all the way down to the far end of the dining room! The next morning there was barely a line. The elevators were usually pretty quick, our floor had an ice machine. We doordashed and met the dasher in the lobby, no issues. Paid for parking and it was pretty straight forward. The room was spacious, the tv was atrocious though....the channels didnt match the guide channel and they would cut out after about 20 seconds. We ended up streaming on our devices instead."
