"On street parking close by. Only saw staff in morning at breakfast. Room was clean and roomy but one or 2 items needed maintenance. Bathroom light switch was intermittent, sink plug .Bed was comfortable and breakfast was basic with lots of processed packet food Ok for an overnight."

"I love this hotel, we visit every year. It is very relaxing, the pools are great and the indoor thermal pool is amazing. Spa service is very good also. Food is fantastic, staff are very professional and friendly. The service in the bar/cafe can be very slow. The bedrooms are very old and really need to be renovated, they smell of damp and are very dusty. It is a shame as the rest of the hotel is absolutely lovely."

Se comprometen a la llegada de hacerte sentir en casa y realmente lo logran. No hubo detalle que no atendieran y momento en el cual no nos hicieran sentir como dueños de ese maravilloso palacio.
