ondanks ik laat, denk tegen 18.00 uur incheckte kreeg ik geen schone kamer.zoals eerder in india ervaren krijg je als indier snel een rot kamer aangeboden, ik kom uit de west-indies, dus leuk bij mij geprobeerd. receptie arrogant, kreeg nieteens een wifi code, het zo worden doorgebeld, na het terugbellen steeds wachten, stopcontact van de televisie hing letterlijk uit de muur, dus ik liep naar de receptie, waar er men nog aan het halen en trekken was wie dat moest regelen, schandalig, ik liet mijn stem verheffen en kreeg meteen een wifi code, de bagage dragers oudere heren zijn daarentegen veel klantvriendelijker en proberen het goed te maken, zoals de electrien bellen voor het stopcontact. de floor manager zit net een grote drol achter zijn bureau naast de lift en neemt geen actie, gewoon onprofessioneel. de volgende dag na terugkomst van de tour zag ik duidelijk dat beddengoed was verschoond, dus dan pas gebeurd. mogelijk gewoon de vorige dag de kamer nog gebruikt voor een day use of late check-out. het ontbijt is wel zeer gevarieerd en uitstekend, vermoedelijk trekt dat de indiers aan?? de kwaliteit van het eten en ook de service van het personeel in restaurant Daskin was uitstekend, mogelijk uitbesteeds restaurant?
