"Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "Lara at the buffet restaurant was phenomenal, so sweet and welcoming. Cedrick at bell service was exceptional extremely helpful and reliable. Kate and Vanessa at front desk went above and beyond for my needs. I checked in Sunday night, they gave me room Tahiti 7, nice room however the room was filled with flies after a day. Something I was not expecting, it actually was very disappointing. I called Vanessa over at the front desk and let her know about the situation. A day later the situation was not progressing which they ended up moving me to a new room, Edo22. I was very thankful and appreciative about that change, I was then able to enjoy a view of a beautiful sunset. Thank you to the staff over at plantation bay, made my stay very memorable."
