"This is a charming property in a quiet corner of the old city. We enjoyed spending time in the courtyard and strolling across the street to visit the botanical garden. The staff was delightful and very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and dining room every day. Although the onsite parking was booked we easily found street parking close by. We would highly recommend this hotel."

All staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming."

We were slightly disappointed by the view for our suite however -- it was advertised as "magical sea view" on the website and we decided to pay extra for it, but the windows actually directly look out to greenery, and you have to stand on the corner to see the sea. "The hotel is not bad. At all. But they pretended to rent out a kitchen facility, which was not available. They took the photos of the same day and were full of excuses that I should have picket this up. At the last day of their stay they offered a dinner voucher as compensation to try to make good. The cleaning standard for 6 people using one small toilet/kitchen was poor. There was no daily cleaning. And we were advised later that we should request daily for a clean. For the price we paid this...
