Hotel terrível, fujam dele.

Hotel não cumpriu as condições da reserva que previa 2 camas queen. acomodaram agente em quarto de casal simples com cama móvel de solteiro. Pouquíssimos itens de lazer, piscina suja, comida com baixíssima variedade e qualidade. Fuja deste hotel é o que recomendo.

Estadia agradável pra passear na cidade. Creio que colchões mais confortáveis (fiquei em um nada macio) e travesseiros mais baixos dariam maior conforto para descansar e estaria de acordo com o valor cobrado pela diária. Demais dependências muito agradáveis.

Jacuzzi em manutenção no dia em que chegamos, previsto para acabar as 17h, porém só foi liberada muito depois do horário. Quadra de tênis em péssimas condições! Restaurante com excelente atendimento, porém no primeiro dia, a comida estava abaixo da média, e no segundo dia estava normal para um restaurante comum, mas para o preço estava abaixo da média na qualidade. Estrutura do hotel ótima, lugar bonito, funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Quartos limpos e bem equipados. Mas relação custo beneficio daria nota 6.0/10(media).

Buffet muito bom!

A vista é linda. O café e jantar tem um buffet bem variado e muito bom. Agendamos pelo Hotéis e aparentemente o site não está conectado com o registro do hotel, pois nos colocaram em um quarto diferente do que foi reservado. Mas avisamos e tudo foi resolvido.

Não gostei das instalações, principalmente o banheiro, água fria, quarto sem estrutura para acomodar 4 pessoas, o aquecedor do banheiro não aquece a água e demora 1 hora para aquecer a cada 2 banhos rápidos. O restaurante é terceirizado, comida ruim e atendimento sem qualificação pelos funcionários. O home theater não tem nada funcionando. Piscina aquecida estava fria. Resumo: Não gostei do hotel.
