"Everything was clean and fairly new, but walls were thin as far as hearing everything happening in the next room. The dog barking at 545AM was NOT cool. Not really the hotels fault directly, but for allowing animals it is. I love dogs...when they stay home "

"They moved us after first room smelled like wet dog. Second room someone had a bowel movement in toilet and it was there when we went in the room. Subpar and staff offered no discount. It was ok."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was adequate (the scrambled eggs need improved or offer an actual salsa to flavor them up), parking was great and the hotel seemed clean. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. No real complaints."

"We love the spacious room comfortable bed and kitchen. Would prefer they included kitchen utensils (pan, knife spatula) vs charging extra for package. Really need blackout shades/curtains! Locations great with restaurants etc nearby."

"We chose this hotel because is was close to my sons house. Also, we read some of the reviews. It was rated good or excellent must of the time. We give a poor review. Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken. The following day I tried to connect the hair blower in the bathroom to dry my hair. The electricity shot down in the bathroom. When we came back that evening we noticed there were not additional toilet paper. Then we were going to take a shower and the shower gel dispenser was empty. We had to called to bring us some. It took them more an hour to bring them and it was because I called them back to remind them. We did not how to put the shower gel on the dispenser. Waited for next day to someone to install it. The only day the room was clean not clean correctly. The crew forgot to wipe coffee spots from tables, stands and crumbs. They did not leave extra cups to make coffee in daily bases. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. We were very disappointed and we are not planning to come back again."
