Isolated and somewhat difficult to find. Property appears old and a but run down. OK to stay but no frills for sure. Would stay there again if only need a bed for the night.

Nice people own and run this place. Very quiet and out of the way. Comfortable beds too. I will return. Very close to the Tail of the Dragon and other places we like to ride. Great value for that area.

Nice stay but…
The property was nice. Breakfast a disappointment as moist free breakfasts are. Spacious, comfortable room. Not the fault of hotel but the room next door ran the TV ALL NIGHT LONG! It was annoying!!

Overnight stay
Hotel was dated, but currently under renovation. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was in a location off the main road so it was isolated from heavy traffic and very quiet.

There was some kind on incense or flower pollen in the lobby which caused an allergic reaction for me. I threw up 7 times the driveway on the way back in with some luggage. Then I threw up 6 more times in the room. Except for the reaction to breathing in whatever was in the lobby, our stay was good.

Comfortable Stay
I was generally happy with my 2 night stay here. Clean and comfortable, pretty basic. TV had few channels of any interest; other hotels I recall having more choices. The bathroom was roomy and even decorated nicely, although the nice shower was one of those with no tub, and just a low barrier which does nothing to keep the water inside the shower area only. Not a big deal, and probably good for those who cannot step over the side of a bath tub. Only complaint really was the very thin and brittle pieces of soap that were supplied and no ledges to safely put anything while in the shower. I also could not find a wifi code anywhere and didn’t think to ask for it on check-in. Make sure you do! Breakfast was good/basic, although I think should have included eggs in some form. Overall a good stay and would return if the price remains mid range.

Very odd location and odd “vibe”
This hotel was just downright odd. It’s in an industrial park, on a hill near the entrance. The grounds are not well kept - overflowing outside trash can, green/dirty swimming pool, no security cameras in parking lot. The staff was not friendly at all. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. The bath linens are as thin as paper and there were no extras - exactly one towel and one washcloth per person. I will say that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. And about half the hotel is closed off because they are doing much-needed renovations. And it was quiet. We didn’t even try the breakfast. No hot food. And the coffee was awful. We do not recommend and we will not stay here again.

Dirty very hard mattress, poor breakfast,stale muffins, no fresh water,dry cereal didn’t dispense properly as it was broken. Gym was closed, Icemaker not working. Stairway not marked so had to look for it on our own. Our friends tv didn’t work.

Motel is a little off the beaten path but is clean, quiet and we felt safe there. It appears to have been well built so our room was quiet. Breakfast: cold cereal, toast, muffin, OJ, coffee, tea, fruit. We were there two nights to explore Tellico Village. Had a king bed and the room is a little larger than standard motel rooms (i.e. had a small sitting area).

Price was great, the building inside appeared to be under repairs/remodel in some areas, room and linens appeared to be clean, some wall paper peeling inside bathroom, breakfast was only cereal and fruit, we arrived at night and parking lot was not well lite either.

I decided to try based on a high review score, what a disappointment to find an old poorly-maintained hotel. Dank musty smell upon entering the hotel, the room had peeling wallpaper and nasty stains all over the carpet. There were "things" all over the carpet, and it needed vacuuming badly, however during my 4 nights nothing was vacuumed or cleaned. Just nasty and dirty, my recommendation is to go elsewhere.
