“Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

“It's not like a five-star hotel. Employees outside the reception cannot communicate in English. Of course, the staff are very friendly. There is also a lizard in the room. There is a lot of lizard poo in every corner of the room. Housekeeping knocks on the door even if you leave the two sick disturbances on. Wow, it's a hotel! I will never go to this hotel again after paying for a five-star hotel.”

“Description on Expedia of the property is inaccurate. This hotel is not on the beach and has no access to the beach at all. Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming. One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities.”
