Comfortable for sleeping while visiting Baylor University. Bare bones motel with large rooms, parking outside your room door, daily room service. We had a quiet stay and appreciated the nightly rate when area hotels had jacked up prices for orientation at the university.

The room was extremely clean. Appliances in the room we're working and clean. They had all the amenities I needed. In the evening the parking lot was very well lit. The staff member that welcomed me was friendly and helpful. She even recommended a good restaurant. Overall, I was impressed and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room is basic and clean. It's near Cottonwood Creek golf course. Restaurants are nearby and easy access to hi way 35. No thrills just convenient and clean room.
