Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff were great and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were a bit dated but OK but the main problem for us was that the walls are thin and the room we had was facing the high st. Factors that resulted in a poor nights sleep due to other guests and noisy late night revellers outside. We should have looked at the location better.

The hotel was very well situated on a pedestrianised street. WiFi was very good. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The staff are helpful. The only thing I thought missing from the room was a dressing table with a mirror & seat, but otherwise plenty of storage.

The staff absolutely could not do enough to accommodate us, we swapped rooms that suited us better. Only a shame there’s no food available after a certain time, but overall a lovely safe place central to reach all areas.
