The property is an old house which has been divided into a few apartments in an area close to everything you need. It was lovely and quiet, the bed was so comfortable, the cooking facilities were excellent, comfortable couches, lovely bathroom, and a delightful front porch with table and chairs so watch the world go by when you are having a cuppa. Couldn't fault the place. Yes there were some cracks in the wall, but that is just superficial stuff, didn't affect our stay in any way. We will be back again quite soon.

Very spacious apartment (booked King x 1 bedroom). Reception lady very friendly. Good towels. Overall apartment clean except for windows - (in particular the bedroom) which really need a good clean - to remove cobwebs (insects) and dust. Missing tv remote in bedroom. Dishwasher was out of order. Central location to CBD. Would recommend a stay.

Enjoyed staying there. 1st night was a problem with the heating, they tried to fix it but could not. They moved us into another apartment, which as upgraded from the one we had. They were very good and always were prompt with any request we made.

It was quiet, and spacious. It was a double bed in the unit we booked, which we found to be a bit small for both of us. A Queen size bed would be better for 2, otherwise good for one person. The unit was clean and good location.

Spacious and clean, good location.

Lovely easy friendly check in with Lyn. Apartment was very spacious, clean and well appointed. A separate living area, dining/ kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen appliances in good condition. Lovely big fridge. I stayed 3 nights for work but would have been comfortable for a longer stay. The only comment was that the bed was unfortunately not very comfortable. Good pillows but lumpy firm to hard mattress.

On arriving 3 out of 4 cups dirty No tea towel No dishwashing machine powder No remote for tv in bedroom Human hair on tiles in bathroom Entry door needs cleaning On site laundry—-washing machine smashed and dirty . Bed was comfortable Location is good If I had realised that Apartments on Morrow is in the same group as the Carlyle I would not have booked as it was dirty when we stayed 2 years ago.

We have stayed multiple times before in the bigger apartment and been very happy, but this time we could only get the smaller one . Sweltering in the heat wave we had to buy fans to keep cool. Bed was pressed to a wall leaving us both with little sleep trying to get comfortable , I think it’s really a single room not a double. I rang the hotel about other issues only to be told ‘ no idea ring the mobile ‘ to which I did and we got a very cold reply for calling the mobile. Front appartments took all parking even though I called the reception twice about it they did nothing, in the end we had to speak to the other guests personally to come to an agreement. 100 percent would recommend the bigger front appartments, but if there booked we won’t be using the smaller ones again.

The sofa bed was not made when I arrived despite I requested and the reception thought should be done. Nevertheless the reception Lin was very helpful she carried all the duvet for us. It was a nice apartment I especially like the high ceilings as it was converted from a house. The improvement area is the laundry room, the room needs a good clean and the facilities needs an upgrade or good clean.
