Great location in the centre of town, close to shops, restaurants, bars, art gallery and theatre. Nice clean room. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Tracy. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, comfortable room, but refrigerator was a bar ‘fridge so too small; only one face washer supplied; hardwood chairs and very uncomfortable. Otherwise, very nice stay overall

Location good but more care needed
Room was not clean - especially couches as rubbish under arms and microwave. Shower was terrible as would not hold steady temp. Television not easy to watch in lounge. Beds were comfortable and location good. We left an item behind and despite calling and stating we would return to pick up in 2 days time this was not made possible as no staff on site when we returned.

Central Point was very conveniently located, easy walk to the Murrumbidgee river & park across the road. Our self contained apartment had the facilities we needed (microwave & tea/coffee making).

Great location, close to shops and dining the only downfall was the other guests were extremely loud and had no consideration for any other guests, I’m happy for any one to have drinks and catch ups etc but when it’s still going at 1.30 am it’s a bit much

Easy walk into Town for dinner. Unfortunately reception staff was sick and gone home so contactless entry to our room was arranged and rang through to us . Nothing wrong with this but a bit soulless with no one to welcome us to area

The stay was very comfortable, the room very warm, however, there was an empty pastry/cake plastic container with crumbs still in it left obviously by previous guests, in the drawer on the side cabinet of the bedside, therefore felt the cleaners may not have checked this on the previous clean.

Staff were great, as had a couple of minor issues with air conditioner, fixed with no fuss. Very clean and comfy beds, all the necessary items in the kitchen. Would recommend it and would be happy to stay again

Perfect for residential school off campus. Close enough to walk into town for dinner and a drink. The room had facilities to make your own meals if required. The small round dining table made a suitable study desk. Negatives were communication between staff. I had reported the remote control for the bedroom tv not working and had to report it 3 times before it was fixed on my 4th night. Also I asked for more milk over the phone one morning and was told someone would bring it to my room. This never happened until i asked again that afternoon. Those were quite minor incidents the rest of my stay was just right.
