"The temperature control in our room was inadequate, making for an uncomfortable night’s stay. To add to the discomfort, the built-in TV didn’t work at all. Every time we tried to access its programming, it didn’t respond, as if the remote was never set up with the cable box. Not only was it hot and humid, but we also had no TV to turn on for some background noise. It was the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had at any hotel."
