"The room was immaculate. It had everything you would need including an airfryer. The bed was super comfy and the towels were all embroidered..lots of little touches that make this property somewhere perfect to staff. Every staff member I spoke to was wonderful and very friendly. There is a free laundry which was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and wish more hotels were this good. "

"Bathroom was contaminated with fungus because fungus grows so fast under handwashing sink. So I and my wife were afraid to go into the bathroom. Hotel name values are not matched with the reality of room."

"The rooms are big with a lot of space. They are needing a good clean as in mild in the shower. Handles on the kitchen bench were needing a scrub."

"Check-in is at 3:00 PM, a bit late. We asked if they could check us in earlier, but they didn't even ask which room it was; they just said no. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and at 9:57 AM they were outside the room wanting to clean it. The place is generally nice, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good lighting. They're building in front of the pool, which is a bit annoying. Also, our socks got black from the carpet."

"Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience "

"We traveled from the USA and this was our first stop. We loved it! Yes your patio smells like sulfur sometimes, but that’s to be expected when staying right next to the active geothermal lake. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions/requests. The breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food, juice, and drinks was truly surprising. The room was very clean, the parking was very convenient."
