Very comfortable, clean condominium. The kitchen is well equipped. There is beach equipment for a day at the beach along with beach towels. Condo is walkable to great shopping, affordable Gourmet Market that has anything & everything, coffee house, restaurants, beautiful pool/spa and beach access with amazing sunsets.

Overall good property. Nice kitchen with adequate supplies, nice sitting area with pull out sofa. Nice updated bathrooms. The only down side really was the beds were not that comfortable. They are hard with thin bedding. Otherwise everything was nice.

The grounds were lovely….clean….well manicured….the pool was nice….clean….lovely view…the people were all very friendly and responded quickly to a question or request…..but…..the room…..not so much…..it was musty smelling….my clothes got damp hanging in the closet….its old and in need of a makeover….and when I’m in Hawaii….i want to see Hawaiian coffee in my welcome basket….not Folgers……lol…..

Absolutely loved the condo. Rooms were great, master bath was great. Very roomy and loved our view from our lanai. Only issue was the 1st room was not very clean, lots of dust and dead bugs under bed.

Everything about vacation property was top notch! Clean, quiet, well equipped, nice pool, and great location. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. Aloha Wine Bar (attached to Island Gourmet) is a hidden gem! Will definitely stay there again!

Stayed 10 days and overall very nice and enjoyable. It is a bit dated but very comfortable with everything you need. Seems to be more of a family spot. We enjoyed watching all of the young families at the pool. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Golf is right there and clubhouse restaurant was excellent.

Great condo on third floor overlooking golf course, with elevator, and within walking distance of shops. Well stocked, spacious and clean. Helpful staff. It would be a ‘no-brainer’ to stay here again.

Great place. Everything we needed including beach towels and coolers and umbrellas. The staff was very accommodating. Parking spot was tiny and inaccessible, but others were empty so we used them. We had two centipedes and some flying cockroaches visit us, but that wasn’t about cleanliness, just the reality of the area. Would return!

Nice place, convenient to shops and restaurants. Nice pool, hot tub, and gym. Dryer did not work very well, took 3 cycles to dry small bath of clothes. Ice maker was broken as well. Complex was doing construction on the exterior of the unit starting at 7:30 am and worked till 4 each day, workers camped out on our front patio. Notified property manager and they apologized as they were told the work would be done after we left.

The villas property itself was good, nice walking distance to the shops and Marriott where we went for a luau. The pool was on the smaller side but kids loved it. We stayed in one of the older units so it was dated which didn't bother me. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable though. The utensils and items in the kitchen were very minimal. Only non-stick pans (which is fine, I can use them) but only a plastic flimsy spatula which was hard to use with the pans. My brother stayed in a newer unit and his beds were very comfortable and had a lot more kitchen essentials. I would stay there again as long as I got a different unit.

Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. Best to have a rental car for this property. Parking is convenient and our assigned space was right outside the front door of the condo. The nearby Kings and Queens markets shopping centers are a short walk away and included grocery store, sports equipment rental shops, gift shops, restaurants, designer clothing, art & jewelry, and the most amazing shaved ice. Also a nice beach a short drive away (5 min.). The property was quiet, the loudest thing is the sound of birds in the mornings which is an amazing way to wake up! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family members here and will not hesitate to return to this location in the future!

We stayed at ground floor unit: - as we arrived the code we were provided did not open the lock with the key from the unit. -the kitchen sink was plugged on the 1st day ( was repaired next day) - we were locked out twice from our unit due to the malfunction of deadbolt. - we had only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in and had to go to the management office to ask for more - kitchen had all necessary things but we would suggest the owner to buy a few new pots since a couple of them looked very old. Same with kitchen towels. - the mattress is very old and uncomfortable, it is time for upgrade. - would be great to have extra blankets, or at least one for cooler nights - the unit was cleaned ok but not super clean, specifically floor. - the TV in the bedroom never worked - the manager and staff of the property was very friendly, helpful to solve the problems but we would not stay in this particular unit again.
