We love this property! There is always so much to do and the grounds are beautiful. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. There is enough space everywhere so it doesn’t feel crowded.

Fantastic stay in great location

Great location, has all the amenities of the Hilton Waikoloa Resort but feels like an escape from the crowds at the hotel. Spacious rooms, great views all around and convenient location to shopping and dining.

Very nice quiet resort. Room, facilities, and especially the pool we're beautiful. They'll try and lure you into a timeshare, but we avoided that. The area around it was very nice and you have full use of all the nearby hilton properties and amenities. The dining nearby was overpriced and underwhelming. The shopping nearby was also incredibly overpriced, drive 15-20min out of the area and your basics are half the price, or better. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Kohala Suites. There was plenty of room for our party of four plus two grandbabies, and the layout of the unit is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to our next trip back to the Big Island and Kohala Suites.

The staff was fantastic. They were all super friendly and very fast with any requests. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are a lot of amenities available and they have a shuttle to all parts of the other properties.

We enjoy staying here. Ample space for family of 5, clean, and prompt response via text to housekeeping needs. The reason we did not rate our stay as 5 star is die to our pool experience. They ran out of pool towels and asked us to return later and even then they inly had 3 pool towels. I wish they had pool towel service like Kings Land. It is inconvenient and made our experience less enjoyable.

Friendly staff. We were in building 16. Building needs a lot of work. The elevator wasn’t working properly and I got stuck in it twice with my daughters. My husband had to force it open for us. Staff and the front desk were aware of this problem but didn’t bother warning us prior. The front desk told me that they had same issues with the elevator in building 15 but building 16 had started doing that as well. Outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. At first I thought it was the coffee maker so I had housekeeping bring another but it was the outlets. The master bedroom was nice.

Location was cosy and quiet. The rooms were clean and kitchen was well facilitated. The shuttle bus was convenient from Hilton for shopping
