"Given the price, you get outstanding customer service, I stayed in a huge bedroom, lots of toiletries, tea, coffee etc, bedding changed and is clean, nothing was too much work for the amazing staff that were super polite and professional. You can pay double their price and get none of the above mentioned at soo many mid - level hotels "

"Conveniently positioned opposite the Cathedral. Limited parking behind the pub. But on-road parking outside the pub itself. Nicely decorated rooms. Extremely helpful, and friendly staff. Only a short walk to facilities shops/resaurants etc (albeit uphill on the return). Good food at the pub itself. Excellent continental breakfast selection"

"Room ok, but peeling paper above window and broken window catches and broken lamp shade by bed (window side). Bathroom needed a plug for the sink, mould on ceiling above the bath/shower and mastic should have been removed from the tiles (near sink and over bath) where soap dispensers had been removed. No brandy at the bar. Chips supplied with meal were luke warm (nobody came to ask if things were OK). Had to ask for full breakfast to be reheated. Stayed here before, so rather disappointed this time. Will stay here again - as this may have been a one off."
