"Very clean atmosphere and pleasant staff. Any needs that you request are answered/full-filled quickly. Free parking is always a plus and EV chargers a bonus. Very convenient location close to restaurants and basically next door to Costco. Hospital across the way if you need it. Close to highway. Even though breakfast is included which is nice, they could do better. The eggs are terrible, proteins always look like frozen items. Dunkin’ Donuts was my go to. Everything else was great!"

"I was so disappointed. The property is surrounded by nicer buildings and hotels but this hotel was dirty, smelled horrible. The one guy at the front desk was wiping his nose with his hand, sniffing, touching everything. He barely said 2 words. No smile, welcome or anything that made us feel welcome. Long line to check in. The gentleman who checked in before us came back and said his room was filthy, filled with garbage, and the beds weren’t made, the guy at the front desk made no apologies actually said nothing just took his key and gave him a new one. That gentleman wished us good luck as he walked away with his new key. We travel often and book hotels frequently we were there for our son‘s graduation and the room was expensive yet completely disappointing. The floors were filthy although it was a queen studio with a pullout bed. It only had three pillows, three towels the sink in the unit for the kitchenette just constantly dripped. The cabinets were filthy. The parking lot was full of empty, nip bottles and broken down cars. It was truly an awful experience for the money that I paid. We could’ve stayed somewhere much nicer and I will never be returning to this place again. Many of the other guests that we talked to were also there for children’s graduations and we’re also appalled at the hotel"

"It was fine, clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed because the pool was out of order. We picked it partly because they had a pool. Also, their website said they have a cot available which we needed for one of our kids (who can’t share a bed) and they didn’t have it. Also, we had to pay extra for guest number 4 (total close to $200 for one night) and then only had towels for 2 people. We asked for it and they never brought it and we had to ask again late."

"The shower head was attached with black electrical tape. The halls smelled like fish. The trim was broken in several places. One elevator was broken. The other elevator got stuck and the fire department had to come. They initially sent us to an occupied room. Door handles were sticky. Even though they have a kitchen in each room, you have to order dishes from the desk. The trim in the bathroom was coming off of the wall. The light in the kitchen was hanging down. The hairdryer didn’t work. We don’t plan on staying at an Extended Stay ever again. "

"Lucia (at the front desk) was very Friendly and was very helpful in directing us to different areas of the city to see, I ordered supper from the bar tender and the food was so good. Hillary was very helpful."

"The hotel management canceled my reservation without any explanation, improperly packed my clothes and personal belongings, and left all my clothes heavily wrinkled. Despite the obvious mistake, the hotel never acknowledged the issue. Instead, they reassigned me to a lower-category room at a cheaper rate and offered no solution regarding either the price difference or the condition of my clothing. I emailed both the General Manager and the Regional Manager, including photos and my contact information, and received absolutely no response. Terrible experience and extremely disappointing support from the hotel staff."
