Frühstück ok aber es wäre schön gewesen auch eine Auswahl an Obst zu haben (z.B. Melone, Weintrauben o.ä.), es waren jedoch ausschließlich einige Äpfel vorhanden und wenige Mandarinen, die z.T. verfault waren. Abendesen enttaüschend. Geschmacklich noch gerade so ok aber vollkommen lieblose Anrichtung der Speisen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist verbesserungswürdig (v.a. Rezeption und z.T. Servicepersonal). Wege und vor allem Treppen waren auch Tage nach Schneefall noch vereist. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Objekt abgeschrieben ist und nun nur noch auf Verschleiß gefahren wird.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Appartmentgröße je nach Buchung ausreichend. Zustand der Appartments schon älter und renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise wurden Appartments schon renoviert. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, kinderlieb. Animation für die Kinder war ansprechend. Abends täglich wechselndes, reichhaltiges Abendbuffet unterschiedlicher Themen.Beim Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend Auswahl, der Aufschnitt hätte öfter mal variieren können. Im großen Speisesaal war es durch die vielen Familien sehr unruhig. Es gab noch zwei weitere ruhigere Speiseräume. Die Hotelanlage liegt etwas außerhalb. Man muss entweder gut zu Fuß sein, oder ein Auto haben. Alles in allem ein familienfreundlicher Urlaub mit Actiongarantie (wer möchte durch die Animation).
