“Nice apartment. Great location, close to metro and lots of supermatkets and restaurants nearby. Only minus was that the kitchen equipment was very basic. But overall great place and definitely worth it.”

“Amazing apartment with high ceilings andvery spacious. Little shop downstairs for bits and bobs central located. My apartment had also a balcony wich is nice to enjoy the coffee. Usually i stay at Hilton but this property is much better.”

“Pas de parking comme indiqué sur l'annonce, il faut se garer dans la rue en ésperant trouver une place qui n'est heuresement pas payante. Appartement en très bon état général et propre. Par contre, gros problème d'odeur d'égoûts permanente et un matelas déformé créant une cuve au milieu... Un changement de matelas (ou de lit ?) et fixer le problème d'odeur et tout serait parfait.”

“Great owner/manager. The appartment is well located. Very generous with amenities. The only inconvenience is the building itself. The corridor to get to the appartment is dark and the building is from an other era. But i prefer to give 5* instead of 4* ”

“It suited us, the area is a little bit out of the way but the Metro is a 20 minute walk away on relatively dangerous roads but it's ok. The property was ideal for what we needed. ”

“Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....

“The property was clean and comfortable, and with all the amenities as advertised. The heating worked perfectly all the time, something important during our trip to Bucharest. The HOLT staff is responsive and very helpful. I can highly recommend this place. ”

“The place was unexpectable. We decided to leave on the same evening when arrived. I really expect my money back. I gave the owner the key on the first night and move to a hotel. How do I get my money back. The address of the meeting and the address of the property are not at the same place. Misleading. I would like to get my money back. The place is humid, smell bad.”
