"first of all, amazing service. arrived extremely late at 3am due to plane being delayed, but still got a great couple of coffees at the bar. room was not too bad, bed was perfectly fine, but: - wardrobe could not be used as doors were out of their hinges. - bathroom is very small, door cannot be closed once sitting on the toilet - shower was disappointing on 3rd morning, no water pressure at all."

What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult...

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"
