“Property was close to all the areas I wanted to go to in Forster. Very friendly staff”

“Very good location - short walk to restaurants and cafes. No off street parking, but unlimited parking across the road. Big, clean comfortable room. All rooms are upstairs but there is a lift.”

“On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. The room was well laid out. The meals we had there were very good, Saturday night and Sunday lunch there was live music. We were a short walk from the beach. “Overall”

“Check in was easy as was check out. Very friendly staff. Room was well maintained albeit old. Bed was very comfortable. Meals aren’t available at the motel but there are a heap of good eateries nearby, around a two minute walk. Great place to rest up after a long drive from Tenterfield.”

“체크아웃시 아이패드를 주차장에 놓고 출발하여 분실한 것을 호텔측에서 발견하여 보관하여 주었다. 매우 감사”

“Good stay Club adjacent provider good meals”

“We loved the place except the tradies working below started making noise around 7am and went through until 4pm could not stay at the property threw the day too long as too much noise. Which was disappointing as it it a fantastic place.”

“A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!”

“The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too.”
