"Warm welcome with clean, comfortable and quiet room. Only concerns were that the parking is not allocated, no idea why, and with no marked bays it could be ‘full’ when rooms were not. We had to park our brand new car further from our room and have a strangers car outside to disturb us when they left early. Water in the shower and kitchen was also dangerously hot! The shower door was stiff and my foot was scalded trying to retreat. A less able bodied person could have had serious burns."
